BT 250 / Information Technology / Patrice Tobler
The topic of my group presentation is "Operating Systems." The group is one of the few with only three members: myself, Pam Picard, and Evon Moore. Pam made a wiki for us on wiki spaces to communicate, but we're all still on the "finding information" stage. Pam and I have met on campus twice, but our "third" is a bit of a mystery woman. We've e-mailed and spoke on the phone, but have yet to put a face to the name! Just like in the real world, right? We could be collaborating with someone clear across the globe! We divided up the workload by the three most popular operating systems; Windows, Mac OS X, and Linex. Pam was interested in finding out about Linex, I took Mac, and Evon is doing Windows. Interesting stuff - it can get pretty techy though.
